Return Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • All Order through COD (cash on delivery) payment mode will be only eligible for exchange. Refund shall not be applicable for such orders.
  • Product should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the price tags, labels, packing, and barcodes, invoice copy defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return.
  • The return packages should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.
  • Products under promotions/sale/discounts will not be accepted for returns.
  • Home products (Bedcover, Bedsheet, Quilt, and Dohar, Table Linen) won’t be exchanged if the packaging seal is broken.
  • In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect kindly get in touch with us immediately. We will request you to kindly email us the photographs of the defective product and appropriate action will be taken by our customer care team thereafter.
  • In case of return or exchange (other than damage & defects while receiving the parcel) logistics cost of return to be borne by the customer.
  • Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. After getting the return code.
  • Goods sold online will not be exchanged or returned on retail counters.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at support@vimlarugs.in along with a photo/video of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 6 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a mutual resolution.
  • All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.
  • All International orders are not eligible for Exchange, Return or Refund
